Dear HBTL Residents,

We are upgraded the locks for the pool and tennis court areas. You will no longer need a key to enter and will be issued (1) key fob per household to swipe for entrance. The new gate locks will be programmable and below are the facilities hours of use. You will need your key to access the bathrooms, do not discard.

Tennis Courts:

Mon.-Sun.-7am-9pm

Pool:

Mon.- 10:30am-9pm (pool is being cleaned and chemicals added from 8am-10:30am)

Tues.- 8am-9pm

Wed.- 8am-9pm

Thurs.- 10:30am-9pm (pool is being cleaned and chemicals added from 8am-10:30am)

Fri./Sat./Sun.- 8am-9pm

The issued key fob will only work during the stated hours. If the key fob gets damaged or lost there is a $ 75 replacement fee.

Please note: Any resident that has not paid their first half POA assessment will not be assigned a key fob until that payment is recorded. Any resident that is past due on their POA assessment will be denied access.
