The board would like to introduce Diana Albritton. She is HBTL’s property manager and is the contact person that will assist with the renting of the clubhouse. Her contact information is [email protected] and her phone number is 863-287-4673.

If you are interested in renting the clubhouse, you can review the clubhouse rental rules posted on the web site under the Resources tab found on the home page or email Diana Albritton and she will email you the contracts.   There is a simple form she can send you to fill out that will go to Diana and she can then work with you on securing the clubhouse for the time you need it. Before requesting the clubhouse, please look on the calendar to see if the time you are requesting is available. Please keep in mind, there is a 72 hour time frame between bookings. This means no back to back bookings in a weekend. (Unless it is by the same homeowner.) ( with board approval ).
