Please be aware that the clubhouse is equipped with an alarm system. This does not include bathroom doors that open from the pool area. However in each bathroom , the doors that lead IN to the clubhouse ARE alarmed. If opened into the remaining area of the clubhouse , it will trigger the alarm and a code will need to be entered to avoid having the sheriff respond. If you suspect the doors are unlocked, please call a board member rather than testing them and risk setting off the alarm.

There will be a FINE imposed by the sheriff that be be assessed to the property owner if this occurs. There are backup surveillance cameras to determine who set the alarm off that will be used to enforce this policy.

Please do not bring pets into the pool/tennis court area. Please be courteous to your neighbors, not everyone likes to be around dogs for various reasons including medical issues.

There is no SMOKING, DRINKING OF ALCOHOL OR GLASS ALLOWED AT THE POOL.
